More Slander and Lies via Alexa

First off, I'm certain that Alexa does not appreciate having to work overtime because of these false testimonials; and I imagine that I can use this against him...

In our other reviews of Jason Russell's lies and thievery, we did not take the time to expose this guy 100%, once-and-for-all. We thought he would get the point, maybe even straighten up, and avoid all the potential legal prosecutions he keeps opening himself up to.

Not hardly.

Now, I'm going to post his Alexa review... tear apart his lies one-by-one, and then back up our claims here-and-now, once-and-for-all.

The Recent Alexa Review Slander

This is his recent posting on Alexa in response to our honest review of his services. I have responded in blue below each relevant point and will link to proof as warranted. I have not added or removed any of his post... only inserted my responses as appropriate:

"Review Site Or Opinion Site?,

I was notified that I had been slandered by the website marketinghwy.com and after taking a look, it would appear as though I have.

What the owner of the website fails to provide is the full correspondance between him and I.

I clearly state that full correspondence is available upon request (and still is). Further, I did not "fail to provide" --as I have no obligation to do so in the first place.

If he did this it would be clear that he in fact attempted blackmail by demanding I pay him money or he would post a negative review on the website I once owned.

I wasn't aware that posting an honest, but negative review about thieves (and services not received) was considered "blackmail." What a stretch this is!

The email trail will show that I warned him that I would post a negative review if he did not refund our money. I was even so fair as to mention that IF he gave us the partial refund he OWED us; then I would at least favorably mention that he eventually stood up and did the right thing.

He did not pay $745 as he claims he did in his review of us and please feel free to contact me for proof of this. He paid much less as I agreed to give him a lower rate as I believed he would remain advertising with the site for a long time to come.

I never claimed to have paid $745. I merely stated that we used the $745 package. Furthermore, I did not specifically mention the rate I actually paid because (as the email trail would show), I made an agreement to never discuss the discounted rate with anyone; and I (being the only honest one here) kept my word --even in light of all these lies, blatant theft, and slander.

Contact me for the real details. I will provide whomever with a 37 page MS Word document containing every email from day 1 to the last contact I had with the guy all unedited. Then decide for yourself. I am that confident that anyone and everyone whom reads the full correspondance will then see the truth.

Not hardly. Get the full email trail from him and then get it from me and let's get together on a conference call and discuss why there are going to be discrepancies on his version. Or, if he actually did provide the true, unedited email trail; there would be no need -as this would surely be him hanging himself.

The truth which is this kid at marketinghwy.com has to much time on his hands,

Kid? Too much time? haha. I'm a "kid at heart", but I definately do not have too much time on my hands (unfortunately). I just like to keep people honest. ;)

and makes money in the form of slander against anyone whom doesn't view his opinion or do as he wants them to do.

umm... no. I make money from my POSITIVE reviews and referring people TO quality services and products (and helping them make money using the same) and AWAY from poor ones (in which case Jason Russell's reviews are the ONLY negative reviews I've ever had to post).

The funny thing is in his emails he says mulitple times that he needs the money back because he wrecked his car.

This IS quite hilarious --especially considering the fact Jason doesn't even know what is in the "email trail" himself! I quite clearly stated (as chit-chat weeks before the refund request) that my car was S-T-O-L-E-N ...not wrecked.

And this was not the reason for the refund. I justified my reason for the refund based on the fact that he did not deliver the services promised.

He refused my refund and I tried to get sympathy by mentioning the car again. I was being more than fair, patient, and willing to work with him; but as I began to realize this guy has no scruples about him at all, I knew it was futile and decided to warn others --via these reviews.

As for Search99 and Earthbound Companies, I was employeed by Search99 previously and the lawsuit they filed against this kid at marketinghwy.com is not my doing nor anything I have any type of say so in.

1. There was no lawsuit filed. This is an absolutely ridiculous claim. Ask him to produce the paperwork. If he filed a false claim, I wasn't notified and it would be thrown out of court quicker than he could spit the tobacco out of his mouth!

2. If he was merely "employed" at Search99, that would be very interesting considering I do not know many people who own the domain name of the company they supposedly "work" for.

Busted!

And, if that wasn't enough... His organization name is none other than "Earthbound Companies, LLC" -- what a coincidence!

Oh... almost forgot. Here's an interesting excerpt from the infamous email trail:

"...The answer of course would be No as you paid no where near that much, and as the owner of Search99.com I am the only one losing money as the other advertisers bidding for the keywords hosting and webhost etc that I have you bid at #1 for are not going to try and outbid the type of top bids I have setup for your account on Search99.Com."

Gotcha!

It's ok, Jason... you had no idea who you were going up against. ;-D

On the Earthbound Companies Slander he did so freely, I am in that lawsuit against him as I am actively employeed with Earthbound Companies LLC as an executive officer.

1. Once again... no lawsuit. There is no lawsuit because there is no justifiable claim. Any lawsuit -as mentioned in the last point- will be quickly laughed out of court.

2. Once again... if "employed" and an officer, then why is Jason Russell listed as the registrant/owner. Hmm... maybe it's because he is --dun dun dunnn- LYING?! ;)

Bingo... Busted again.

Earthbound Companies LLC is a place of business and what I choose to do in my free time outside of that business is not subject to the slander and libel that has been done by this kid.

It is "subject" if you're LYING and STEALING! For any liar or thief out there, I am here to make your life a living hell! It's what I do for a living! Get a Clue.

Earthbound Companies was not a company that he hired for any service of any kind and that of course means the kid bad mouthed a company in public simply because he did not like a guy who worked there.

umm... no. I never bad-mouthed EBC and specifically mentioned that I cannot comment on the quality of hosting services. I only commented on the "marketing services" Jason offers to potential clients.

I have seen his "lack of skills" first-hand and after my experience; I feel inclined to expose his scamming nature. He's lucky he didn't own whichaffiliate long enough to get it banned from Google with all of his keyword spamming!

Feel free to call or email me, as if I post a review or opinion on any site, I post my name and my real name at that. If someone else posted something here that was negative you most likely deserved it, but it was not me. This post is by me. Thank You, Jason Russell"

Listen, Jason, you're way out of your league on this one.

Even from simply perusing my articles, it is apparent to any half-minded person that I am much more articulate, level-headed, and obviously ...honest than you --not to mention that I can spell. ;)

I have "one-up'ed you" every step of the way. I easily explain the truth and expose your lies and even the new owner of whichaffiliate.com (which you sold) will back me up as to what kind of loathing, scumbag you are!

Now, it's time for you to quit slandering our company with your lies and go run-and-hide and bury your head in the sand -like the good little liar that you are.
